Completing the course and obtaining the EASA certificate allows you to immediately get hired by one of the major airlines in Romania or abroad, without the need to take the initial training courses provided by the companies, and you won’t have to bear this cost from your salary anymore.
You can enroll in Shell Team Aviation’s cabin crew courses with just a high school diploma. A Bachelor’s degree or higher education is not a mandatory requirement for employment with major airlines in Romania or abroad.
It is necessary to have an intermediate/conversational level of English. During the training course, you will have English classes where we will prepare you intensively for communication with the crew members.
Shell Team Aviation guarantees graduates a job through a contract. You will participate in 10 different job interviews and if you are not hired, you will receive your money back within a maximum of 7 working days
