The necessary conditions for enrollment in SHELL TEAM Stewardess/Steward School are:

• Age: 18-40 years old
• English language skills: intermediate level
• Minimum height: 1.52 m
• Good health status
• At least 12 classes, the baccalaureate is not required

The required documents are:

• Updated CV accompanied by a portrait photo and a full-body photo
• 4 color passport-sized photos
• Copy of Medical Report (can be submitted before the completion of training and prior to the theoretical exams at the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority)
• Copy of ID card
• Copy of birth certificate

Training program:

• Initial training course at SHELL TEAM Stewardess/Steward School, theoretical training
• Studied disciplines: Aviation legislation and regulations; Fire and smoke fighting training; Water survival training; Survival techniques in other operating areas (desert, jungle, arctic regions, etc.); Aeronautical medicine and first aid; Passenger relations; Communication; English language; Human factors and crew resource management; Dangerous goods air transport; Aviation security; Discipline and responsibilities; Flight theory and general aviation knowledge; Meteorology
• Theoretical examination at the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority – duration 1 day

The maximum duration of the course is estimated at 5 weeks from the start date, provided that all exams are passed.
